Ergomi is not a medical application. The coaching advice provided is based on algorithms and AI. Always consult a doctor before starting a new training program. Use of Ergomi is entirely at your own risk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ergomi app or website, you agree to these terms. Do not use the app if you do not agree.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal fitness purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features (such as Premium Live Coaching) require a subscription via the Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Google Play Store's policies.

4. Liability

Ergomi is not liable for injuries, material damage, or health problems arising from the use of the app or the following of AI-based training advice.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
