Request account deletion
If you want us to delete your Ergomi account or help remove access to connected services, email us at:
Please use the subject line:
Delete my Ergomi account
Include the following in your message:
- The email address associated with your Ergomi account, if you use one
- Your device model and Android version
- Any connected services you want revoked, such as Strava
What happens when you request deletion
When we receive a valid request, we will:
- Delete any account records we control for your Ergomi access
- Remove locally cached account-related support records where applicable
- Help you disconnect linked third-party services where relevant
If a third-party service stores your workout history separately, you may also need to delete data directly with that provider.
Important note about on-device workout data
Most Ergomi workout history is stored locally on your own device.
Deleting your account does not automatically wipe workout data already stored on your phone. To remove local data from your device, you can:
- Clear your workout history inside the app, if available
- Uninstall the app
- Clear app storage in Android system settings
